AB678 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

1General Terms

AB678 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between AB678 and its users. By using the platform, you confirm that you have fully accepted these terms.

AB678 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bangla version is kept up to date for the convenience of Bangla-speaking users.

2Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account on AB678:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and date of birth during registration. Providing inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended at the verification stage.
• Only one account may be registered per phone number or email address.
• Multiple accounts originating from the same device or IP address within the same household will be investigated.

After registration is complete, AB678 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the given timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Age Verification & KYC

AB678 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Age verification is required at the time of registration. If there is any doubt, any of the following documents may be requested:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (as proof of age 18+)
• Driving License

KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawals (generally above ৳50,000). In addition to a valid ID, proof of address and ownership of the payment method may also be required.

4Deposits & Payments

AB678 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Min ৳300, Max ৳1,00,000 per transaction
• Nagad — Min ৳300, Max ৳1,00,000 per transaction
• Rocket — Min ৳500, Max ৳50,000 per transaction
• Bank Transfer — Minimum ৳1,000

Deposits are usually instant. In rare cases, technical issues may cause a delay of up to 30 minutes. If your deposit does not arrive, please contact support with a screenshot of the payment.

All deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to the account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted, and any such transactions will be investigated.

5Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from AB678:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must place bets totalling at least the amount of your deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active — the bonus must be cancelled or completed first.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. Pending withdrawal requests can be cancelled before they are processed.

If verification is required, your withdrawal may be temporarily held. In such cases, our support team will reach out to you directly.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers on AB678 are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x) and an expiry period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus funds is generally ৳500 per round.
• Withdrawing before the bonus wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Exploiting obvious system errors to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• AB678 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

For referral bonuses, the referred person must open a genuine account and make their first deposit. Any attempt to use fake accounts or self-referrals will result in both accounts being closed.

7Gaming Rules

All games on AB678 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, verified by independent certification bodies. Every game outcome is completely random and is not influenced by previous results.

• If your connection drops during a game, the game state is saved and you can pick up where you left off once you reconnect.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.
• AB678 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from an obvious software error.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Missing any part of a game due to streaming issues will not be accepted as grounds for bet cancellation.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AB678. Any account found in violation will be permanently banned:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or providing misleading information.
• Bonus abuse (claiming bonuses from multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household).
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operations of the platform.

9Account Suspension & Closure

AB678 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• Failure to provide documents for identity verification.
• If suspicious activity or signs of money laundering are detected.
• The user has submitted a self-exclusion request.

Users may close their account at any time. All valid balances must be withdrawn before closure. If an account is closed due to action taken by AB678, any valid remaining balance will be refunded.
